By purchasing from our café, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders
All orders are prepared fresh. Please check your order upon receipt. Any issues must be raised immediately at the time of service.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, refunds or exchanges are not offered once food or beverages have been prepared or served. Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion for incorrect orders or quality issues raised immediately.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. Customers with allergies must inform staff prior to ordering.
Custom Orders & Cakes (if applicable)
Custom orders require advance notice and may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of collection may forfeit payment.
Behaviour & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Outside Food & Drink
Outside food or beverages are not permitted unless approved by management.
Liability
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
